WHERE WE SHIP

United States. (More countries later — we'd rather do one region properly first.)

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. We publish the honest range, not the best-case one — if that timeline doesn't work for your plans, we'd rather you know before you order than after.

 

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 5 days of placing your order. Tracking may take an additional day or two to show movement after it's issued — that's normal carrier behavior, not a lost package.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $45 or more ship free within the US. Orders under $45 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.

 

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, email lapstoreshq@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call, per our Returns Policy.

 

ADDRESS ERRORS

We can update a shipping address any time before the order ships — email us fast. Once it's with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
