Effective July 2026. These terms govern your use of lullhalo.com, operated by LullHalo ("we").
- GENERAL — By using the store you accept these terms. You must be at least the age of majority in your state to purchase.
2. PRODUCTS & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER — LullHalo products are relaxation and personal-comfort devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a physician before use if you have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant, or have had recent surgery in the area of use.
3. ORDERS & PRICING — All prices in USD. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) with a full refund. Product images are representative; minor variations can occur.
4. SHIPPING & RETURNS — Per our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — Site content, copy, and branding belong to LullHalo. Don't reuse without permission.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE — No unlawful use, scraping, or interference with the store.
7. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY — Except as expressly stated in our policies, the store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. GOVERNING LAW — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
9. CHANGES — We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
